**Get to know the Role**
This role is responsible to establish, evaluate and implement 2w after sales operations e-moto.
Help to minimize the un-utilized units with collaborate with Dealer/Workshop, Insurance, and internal stake holder to accelerate not ready units become ready units and win driver love related maintenance/service vehicle.
**The Day-to-Day Activities**
- Establish workshop for maintenance service by Supplier Risk Management standard.
- OKR's Workshop (Quality, Cost, Time, and Management) establishment and evaluation.
- Provide service business analysis and recommend action plan.
- Lead dealers actions development and control the executions.
- Doing process Excellence and project lead for 2W aftersales by collaborate with Workshop/Dealer, Insurance, Internal Stake Holder (Procurement, SCM, BD, Quality)
**The Must-Haves**
- Has Minimum experience as Lead/Manager/Head of Aftersales/Service/Dealer Management at Dealer/Workshop/Automotive Company.
- Minimum experienced working in automotive industry i.e Car Rent/Dealer/Automotive Manufacturing for 5 years.
- Having experience to establish new dealer/workshop/branches aftersales.
- Minimum bachelor's degree in any major.
- Good in Bahasa and English (verbal and written).
- Leadership skills, Strong technical skills, good communication and interpersonal skill.
- Good understanding in data administration following by expert in Microsoft office (excel and word).
- Familiar and good knowledge with workshop (body repair, general repair, maintenance), claim insurance vehicle, handling vehicle accuracy in Pool, and standard quality of vehicle.
