There are 2 different roles within the Corporate Bank Graduate Programme that you may join, specifically in the area of Relationship & Transaction Management (RTM).- Relationship & Transaction Management (RTM)
- Relationship & Transaction Management is a core part of the Corporate Bank delivering best-in-class service to our corporate and financial institution clients worldwide.- The RTM Coverage role specializes in the area of managing client relationship including prospecting new-to-branch names, farming and advisory across multiple products, enriching the client portfolio, ensuring quality client experience in the area of services, implementations and overall transactions.
- This is both a client facing role as well as intensive internal coordination across business and product partners. You will be exposed to various industries, engagements and working with onshore and offshore teams.- The RTM Securities Services (SeS) role specializes in the area of managing onshore and cross-border client relationship including farming, acting as the escalation point for service issues, and maintaining high service standards to clients. This will include conducting regular service reviews and provide detailed, timely and up to date information on client relationships, highlighting issues as appropriate. The ability to identify and ensure the effective implementation of ongoing service improvement initiatives; and, working with other departments within the bank are also key to this role.**What we look for**:
