Academic Operation Staff

Handle administrativeand academic operations related to Faculty services
- Support and ensure teaching-learning operation (calendar academic, class distribution, class transactions, class attendances, and teaching assignments)
- Support and ensure the information on learning process services, such as faculty meetings and announcements
- Support and ensure student examination, such as exam schedule and invigilator arrangement
- Support and ensure implementation of student grading.

**Requirements**:

- Having experience in student services, faculty services, or similar roles.
- Well-organized, initiative, and have good attention to detail.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient English communication is mandatory.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
