Account Executive - Spx Express (Yogyakarta)

Department Operations- LevelExperienced (Individual Contributor)- LocationIndonesia - YogyakartaThe Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.
- Maintain up to 330 sellers
- Analyze & monitor sellers' operational performance
- Record and escalate issues of system & operations
- Conduct seller visit, with ability to do upselling
- Execute ways to help grow SPX sellers' orders
- Able to support seller needs during SBD and Campaigns (connecting necessary information for SPX operation needs)

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree, with 1 year/more experience in managing clients
- Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply
- Outstanding communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Fast learner, able to work under pressure in a fast paced company
- Highly organized & dependable
- High attention to details
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (word, excel, power point)
