Account Management

Engage with merchants and build strong business relationships, listening to their needs, feedback and always stay in close communications- Form marketing campaigns and initiatives together with our partners to add value to our users, forming a win-win situation- Help to drive growth and high ROI - ensuring that our partners are growing together. Take a data driven approach to estimate ROI and KPI analysis for each partner in order to grow basket size and create loyal customers- Serve as the point of contact between the merchant and internal stakeholders (i.e. Customer Experience team) and ensure our partners are maintaining service and food quality consistency- Required to collaborate cross functionally with the product, operations and merchant acquisition team to make sure our merchants have the best possible experience- Help to create frameworks, processes and tools to help manage the team performance, in order for knowledge continuity to serve our merchants better**Requirements**:- Minimum D3- Have a good track record of driving revenue through partnerships- Able to work well under pressure and in a dynamic environment- Have great negotiation skills to close and secure partnerships**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract**Salary**: Up to Rp3,060,348 per month**Education**:- D1-D4 (required)**Experience**:- Account Management: 1 year (required)
