Account Management

**Requirements**:

- Minimum education S1 from any major
- Minimum experience 1 year in sales/account maintenance/account management
- Good manner

**Job Descs**:

- Reporting line directly to team Lead
- Collaborate with Marketing Team to execute merchant
- Reviewing and be responsible for own portfolio performance
- Responsible for managing, updating, and reporting out performance
- Give insight on how the result of campaign ongoing
- Convey feedback complain from merchants
- Make sure to understand all campaign ongoing & socialize to merchant
- Act as business consultant & consult on business plan to merchant
