Account Management Merchant (Bandung)

About the Assignment:
You will lead all elements of business identification, strategy, partnerships, account management, and execution strategy.

The Core Objectives:
1. Drive growth in key accounts as measured by deliveries and GMV

2. End to end deal managing in a fast-paced environment (including working with operations, marketing, and product

to ensure the success of the marketing campaigns and partnership)

3. Develop enduring relationships with key partners that fit into our go-to-market strategy

4. Evaluate strategic and partnership opportunities, performing a broad range of quantitative and qualitative analyses

5. Work across functions to merchant specific needs (e.g. customized reporting for merchants, marketing support, integrations)

6. Drive operational excellence by working with the GrabFood internal operations teams

Essential Experience / Criteria:
1. Minimum S1 in relevant field, fresh graduates are welcome

2. Minimum 1-2 years of experience in account management, business development, partnerships, or equivalent role

3. Excellent communication skills

4. Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to identify and provide comprehensive solutions for varying customer needs

5. Ability to analyze complex data sets to obtain actionable insights and grow accounts

6. Demonstrated ability to work effectively across internal and external stakeholders

7. Have a competitive edge and thrive in a team environment

Desirable Experience / Criteria:
1. Experience in F&B industry and marketing is a plus

2. Good English communication & Microsoft Office skill

Pay: From Rp420,930,900 per month
