- Create and maintain relationships with customers to better understand and achieve their needs.
- Work with IT Engineer within the company to communicate needs for clients' needs.
- Make visits to our customers to identify issues and opportunities for business growth.
- Manage performance reporting to clients regularly.
- Make sure the work gets done efficiently and satisfactorily.
- **Requirements**:_
- 3 years minimum experience in IT product sales.
- Preferably have a background majoring in Marketing and related.
- Has solid knowledge of digital banking development and the platform associated with IT.
- Understand and keep up to date with banking industry and competitive landscape knowledge.
- Articulate and well-accustomed to a client-facing role.
- Accustomed to multi-tasking and project management.
- A collaborative, solutions-oriented approach and strong communication skill, presentation, negotiation, customer potential analysis.
- Ability to establish strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract, Trial period contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: Rp5,500,000 - Rp7,500,000 per month
