Job Descriptions

Support Account Manager in achieving client expectations.

Assist with client presentations and meeting minutes.

Manage form requests and issue escalations.

Track client onboarding and trial projects.

Organize meetings and compile necessary documents.

Handle administrative tasks related to account management, such as maintaining daily activity and updating work-sheet records.
**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Management, Communication, Marketing, or related fields/final year student.

Recent graduates with no prior class attendance are encouraged to apply.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

Strong analytical skills, capable of interpreting data and deriving actionable insights.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is required.

Eagerness to learn and contribute to the key account management team.

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
