**About The Role**
- Mitra Tokopedia Bisnis (MTB) came as a solution by providing a platform for brands, distributors, retailers and aspiring retailers to connect and solve their supply chain challenges. Curating the platform for businesses-to-business needs allows for a broader supply chain views while acting as a one-stop go-to-market strategy for the brands, more efficient order processing & customer management with more growth opportunities from new consumer base for the distributors, and finally more visibility and choices both in terms of products assortment and financing options for the retailers which opens the opportunity for greater turnover.

Mitra Tokopedia Bisnis Account Manager will be part of the Business Development team in charge of Seller & Buyer (Brand & Distributors) acquisition into the platform. This role will be involved in development process B2B market digitalization by providing complete product assortment with the right pricing and also conducting on the field education to offline and online SME/ commercial entities for them to grow their business.

**What You Will Do**:

- Responsible in new seller and buyer acquisition, developing relationships with new clients & fostering good working relationships
- Delivering and monitoring individual business target
- Maintaining relationships with existing business partner, understanding the needs of business partners as the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with customers
- Researching and recommending new opportunities, recommending profit & service improvements for business process and platform development
- Responsible for after-sales services
- Maintaining documents needs with other internal stakeholders
- Maintaining relationships with important clients by making regular visits or online calls.

**What This Role Needs**:
Bachelor's Degree from any major-
- At least 2 years of relevant experience, in business development, sales B2B or account management-
- Excellent Partner & Stakeholder Management-
- Strong Strategic Business Acumen-
- Proven record of target achievement and sales skills-
- Strong communication and negotiation skills**About The Team**:
