Account Receivable (Ar) Staff

Accountabilities:
Process all invoices to customers.
Verify calculations and input codes in to the system in an accurate manner
Key in all the receipts and match with bank statements
To send statement of accounts to customers
To open mail and distribute to respective department/personnel
To perform debt chase duties
Do sorting and filling of invoices or documents
Prepare debtors report
Prepare monthly AR reconciliation
Review AR aging to ensure compliance
Communicate with customer via phone and email
Maintain account receivable customer files and records
Qualification & Experience:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in finance/accountancy or equivalent
Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in accounting or audit
Experienced in operating ERP system
Familiar with IFRS, Indonesia accounting standards & taxation regulation
Honest, enthusiasm and keen in learning
Good in English, both written and spoken
Self-motivated
Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
