**Key Responsibilities**
- Maintain full set of accounts.
- Preparation of budget and financial review
- Preparation of Consolidated Reports
- Liaise with auditors, tax agents and bankers
- Accountable for the compliance with statutory, tax and regulatory requirements of the entities and keep abreast with latest accounting standards
- Analyze and present financial reports in an accurate and timely manner; clearly communicate monthly and annual financial statements; collate financial reporting materials for all donor segments; oversee all financial, project/program and grants accounting
- Coordinate and lead the annual audit process, liaise with external auditors and the finance committee of the Board of Directors
- Oversee and lead annual budgeting and planning process in conjunction with the business owners and review all financial plans and budgets; monitor progress and changes and keep senior management abreast of the organization's financial status
- Manage organizational cash flow and forecasting
- Manage payroll functions across the regional offices
- Corporate Tax Filling
- Update and implement all necessary business policies and accounting practices; improve the finance department's overall policy and procedure manual

**We would love to hear from you if**:

- You possess a CPA / ACCA, Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent
- You possess at least 3 years of financial accounting experience.
- You are proficient in Accounting Principles.
- You have advanced knowledge in Microsoft Excel.
- You are meticulous, independent and analytical.
- You are result-oriented, resourceful and self-motivated.
- You possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- You have good time management and the ability to work under pressure.
- You are fluent in both written and spoken English.
