**Responsibilities**:
- Prepare and analyze financial statements in compliance with accounting standards.
- Process invoices, manage accounts payable, and ensure timely vendor payments.
- Monitor accounts receivable, follow up on outstanding payments, and maintain accurate records.
- Reconcile general ledger accounts, make journal entries, and assist in month-end closing activities.
- Contribute to the preparation of budgets and forecasts, analyze variances, and provide insights.
- Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Assist in the implementation of internal controls and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and support audits and reviews.
- Utilize accounting software and MS Excel for data analysis and reporting.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 3 to 5 years of accounting experience, preferably in the healthcare industry.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, regulations, and financial reporting standards.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
- Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- CPA or relevant certification is a plus.
