Accounting

**Responsibilities**:

- Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports for accuracy and completeness.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses.
- Reconcile and maintain balance sheet accounts.
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles and company policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial decision-making.
- Assist with the audit process and provide necessary documentation.
- Stay current on industry trends and changes in accounting regulations.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 1-2 years of relevant accounting experience (fresh graduates with relevant internship or work experience are encouraged to apply).
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willing to WFO (North Jakarta)

Pay: Up to Rp6,000,000 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Jakarta: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- S1 (required)
