**Responsibilities**:
- Overseeing the daily financial operations and the company's information systems.
- Reviewing and evaluating the effectiveness of the accounting and financial systems, and providing appropriate recommendations for more effective and efficient operations.
- Formulating and implementing new financial policies and procedures accurately.
- Establishing and monitoring the annual operational budget, forecasting, and revising as per accounting and budget principles.
- Conducting a comprehensive evaluation of the company's financial position and analyzing financial and management reports monthly.
- Authorized to review and approve financial and accounting transactions from all departments.
- Preparing special management reports and authorized to conduct investigations if necessary.
- Maintaining accurate accounting records in compliance with accounting and taxation regulations.
- Implementing appropriate changes in accordance with new government regulations and procedures.
- Reviewing all forms of company's cooperative contracts with suppliers and customers.
- Building good relationships with external parties such as Bank Officers, Tax Officials, Government Officials, External Auditors, and others.
- Assisting other staff members, especially during the monthly financial report closing.
- Providing requested data by internal and external audit staff.
**Job Requirements**:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in Accounting/Finance.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as an Assistant Manager or Manager.
- Strong leadership and team supervision skills.
- Analytical thinking and detail-oriented.
- Proficient in English language.

- accounting manager: 2 years (required)
