Accounting Manager

Requirement:

- Max. 40 years old
- At Least min. Bachelor degree from Accounting, Tax, Finance or Economics
- Min. 5- 7 years working experience in Finance & Accounting Manager or Audit Manager
- Have experience in doing financial reports, audits, risk control, and financial control
- Good understanding of Indonesia Taxation and Local Tax Filling System
- Strong leadership and highly motivated to overcome challenges

Job Description:

- Stipulate company budget and make accounting business plan for overall expenses.
- Ensure all transactions are recorded, documented, reviewed, and supported in accordance with company policies and controls.
- Conduct regular financial reviews, variance analysis, and budgeting to assist in strategic planning and resource allocation.
- Develop and implement internal controls, policies, and procedures to safeguard company assets and maintain financial integrity
- Maintain the audit process with external auditor and work together with them to ensure improvement procedures within the company.
- Stay updated with changes in accounting regulations and ensure the company's accounting practices remain compliant with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Participate in strategic planning sessions, contributing financial expertise to support the development of business strategies.

Upah: Rp400.000.000 - Rp600.000.000 per bulan

**Experience**:

- GAAP: 1 year (preferred)

License/Certification:

- CPA (preferred)
