**Key Responsibilities**:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Indonesian students, providing information, guidance, and support throughout their academic journey.
- Organise and coordinate orientation programs and events tailored to Indonesian students to help them acclimate to campus life.
- Manage student records, including enrollment, attendance, and academic performance, ensuring accuracy and compliance with university policies.
- Collaborate with academic advisors to address students' academic concerns and provide resources for academic success.
- Facilitate communication between Indonesian students and university departments, including student services, housing, and financial aid.
- Coordinate cultural and extracurricular activities that promote cultural exchange and community-building among Indonesian students.
- Address and resolve student inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and professionally.
- Keep updated on immigration regulations and policies relevant to Indonesian students studying in China and provide guidance as needed.
- Prepare and maintain reports related to Indonesian student demographics, enrollment trends, and feedback.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in student services, international student affairs, or a related administrative role.
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English, both written and spoken.
- Knowledge of Chinese language is a plus.
- Familiarity with university policies and academic processes.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Customer-service-oriented mindset with a strong commitment to student satisfaction.
- Cultural sensitivity and the ability to work effectively with a diverse student population.
**Salary**: Rp5,000,000 - Rp6,000,000 per month
