Admin Executive

**Summary**

Admin Executive will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating various administrative functions to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the office. The Admin Executive will play a key role in managing office activities, supporting employees, and facilitating effective communication within the organization.

**Responsibilities**
- **Vendor Management Duties**_
- Liaise with external vendors, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth business operations.
- Conduct research and provide administrative support to various projects, as assigned.
- Oversee the PIC from the cleaning vendor and help keep the office in a safe and clean condition at all times.
- **Administrative Duties**_
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and business travel arrangements for employees.
- Organize and maintain physical and electronic files, bills, records, and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Oversee office supplies inventory, snacks, and beverages and place orders when necessary.

**Accounting Duties**
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records such as bookkeeping.
- Prepare and submit invoices, ensuring timely payments.
- Assist in the preparation and monitoring of petty cash budgets.

**Security Duties**
- Be familiar with basic building facilities related to firefighting, electricity, and water supply, organize relevant data for security audit, and provide appropriate guidance to employees when necessary.

**Other Duties**
- Collaborate with other teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Assist in special projects as needed.

**Qualifications**
- Indonesian native speaker with conversational to professional proficiency in English
- Min. 2 years of work experience as an administrator with proven capability
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities
- Familiar with office technology and equipment, including computers, fax machines, scanners, printers, phone systems, etc.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and has a positive attitude to learning about new software and systems to support administrative tasks
- Excellent organizing and bookkeeping skills
- Honest, detail-oriented, and meticulous personality

Pay: From Rp4,900,000 per month
