Job Responsibility Admin POD: PT LF Services Indonesia is looking for Admin POD with job details and qualification below: Job Details: Withdrawing data on shipments through WMS / OTM on a daily basis. Receive return documents submitted by the transporter at the specified time (POD Leadtime). Perform daily update document receipt in WMS & OTM. Communicate with vendors regarding POD document that have not been received by Email or phone. Create daily report regarding POD status. Collect and manage POD document returned from vendors. Update daily Plus Minus and damage items form if any. Send Transmit POD to Customer via email or hardcopy to customer address. Qualification: Min. SMA or Equivalent Have a min. 2 year of experience in Administration. Skilled in computer literature (Ms. Excel, Ms. Word, etc). Have a good communication skill. Have a strong attention to detail. Job Requirement Admin POD: Pastikan lowongan yang Anda cari sesuai dengan judul lowongan kerja tersebut.
