General Responsibilities : 1. Develop work schedules and employee absences in Refinery, Fractionation, SCD and Hydrogenation Plant 2. Monitoring log sheet and document filing system 3. Employee leave and record controls in Refinery, Fractionation, SCD and Hydrogenation Plant 4. Ensure that the existing CCP is properly monitored and corrective actions taken when any deviation has been properly implemented in accordance with the requirements in the ISO document, HACCP Plan. 5. Coordinate with related sections in completing their tasks 6. Responsible for the smoothness and accuracy of the SAP administration 7. Perform tasks in accordance with SOP and WI 8. Run Safety Regulation in accordance with applicable policies (SMK3). 9. Implementing the implementation of quality management system (ISO 9001: 2000, ISO 22000: 2005, Halal, SMK3, ISCC system, RSPO, SMART D_Safe, OHSAS 18001, HACCP). 10. Responsible for the implementation of 5R and PRP. 11. Maintain and maintain all equipment (equipment) and cleanliness in the work area.
