Details of the offer

Job Description

1. Communicating and maintaining existing customers and promote old customers to

increase orders;
2. Develope new regional markets and new customers according to the company's

strategy;
3. Be familiar with all the company's products, prices, packaging materials and other

information, recommend suitable products for different customers

4. Verifying orders against forecast, lead time, MOQ, palletisation and containersation

compliance and stock availability

5. Maintain current monthly sales reports, liaising with supply chain for order availability

6. Raising deliveris and issuing credit s and debits

7. Creation/maintenance of Customer Account Sheets for all Overseas customers

8. Creation/Maintenance of Product/SKU Specification Sheets

9. Co-ordinate overseas product samples with required documentation, maintaining courier

records to track consignments and reconcile invoicing

10. Filing and keep good records of all documents needed

Requirement

Some knowledge of export process and shipping documentation would be considered an advantage.

Have the aptitude to pick up things quickly

Good english ability written and spoken is a must

Experience as food sales admin is a must and understand about marketing FMCG product

Numeracy and confidence with figures combined with a strong attention to detail

Have knowledge and experience about exhibition (preparation-finish)

Have knowledge dan awareness about food license and food safety
