**Job Description**:

- Experienced in preparing cooperation contract documents and creating purchase and offer forms.
- Handle administrative requests and inquiries from the sales team regarding client support.
- Assist the sales team and others in administration such as procurement of goods, reimbursement and others.
- Must be able to coordinate well with several departments such as finance and legal.

**Job Requirement**:

- Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Fast learner and independent.
- Good interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail.
