Admin Support - Merchant

Job Description:

- 1. To handle WA group that consists of top 100-200 Merchant Existing
- 2. To problem solve any issue reported by those Merchant in WA group
- 3. To forward any comms / information / education about product feature, campaign, event in the WA group

Requirement:

- S1 from any major
- 1-year relevant experience in administration with exposure to customer support / online and offline engagement with potential customer
- Good problem solving and communication skills
- Tech savvy with social media proficiency that could support them in managing multiple groups of communication and engaging with merchant partners in effective manners
- Basic skills of data management and operation (skills with Excel/Sheets & Ppt/Slides)

Jenis Pekerjaan: Penuh Waktu, Kontrak
Panjang kontrak: 3 bulan

Upah: Hingga Rp472.500.000 per bulan
