Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or above
- Have work experience more than 5 years
- Be able to use English as a working language and be proficient in Chinese.
- Have good language expression and communication skills;
- Ability to work independently, quick thinking, strong coordination skills, sense of responsibility and team spirit;
- Active and careful work, strong resistance to pressure, good attitude, able to bear hardships and stand hard work
- Experience with equipment or construction company preferred.
- Experience with other Southeast Asia countries preferred.
**Responsibilities**:
- Maintain good relations with related regulatory agencies.
- Selection, lease, decoration and maintenance of work place, maintenance of the office.
- Co-ordinate and liaise with internal team on necessary documents for registration and distribution.
- Ensure system documentation are maintained/organized in proper order/control.
- Provide general administrative support.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Immediate Supervisor / Management.
