Administration Support Specialist

**JOB DESCRIPTIONS**:
1. Partner closely with TA PICs to manage end to end recruitment process

3. Provide support in TA program/initiatives such as campus hiring, campus engagement, and deliver results by effectively manage multiple projects

4. Build excellent working relationships with key stakeholders, business leaders, Pops Team and ensure Talent Acquisition is adding value and informing their decisions

**QUALIFICATIONS**:
1. At least 2 years of recruiting experience for full-time hires (business & tech roles), campus hires/MT hires. If you have experience in mass hiring would be an advantage.

3. Proven ability to meet assigned goals within deadlines and excel in a fast-paced environment.

4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

5. Prior experience in the tech industry.

6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel and PowerPoint.Responsibility:
Jenis Pekerjaan: Penuh Waktu, Kontrak

Upah: Rp5.067.381 - Rp5.500.000 per bulan
