**Role Description**

**Responsibilities**
- General administrative duties
- Responsible for maintaining inventory and purchasing of supplies
- Assist in processing of class and staff scheduling
- Main point of contact for internal team and management
- Work in close collaboration with Finance for payments and invoicing
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless operations and contribute to a positive work environment
- Handle personal tasks for the Director
- Maintain confidentiality for sensitive information
- Manage calendars for the Director and other staff, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Act as a gatekeeper for the Director, screening and prioritizing incoming communications and requests

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Flexibility to standby beyond the regular working hours for remote support
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or Personal Assistant, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with a professional demeanor
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet changing priorities and deadlines
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal
