Support the implementation Human Resource learning and development strategies for employees, in relation to including but not limited to providing various types of training, conducting training need analysis, implementing local and regional-driven projects and budgeting with the purpose to develop employees knowledge and skills to support the business goal.
**Primary Responsibilities**
- Support Learning Partner to develop recommendations for continuous improvement and support any departmental project and initiatives implementation.
- Support training administration and coordination in efficient manner and propose ideas of improvement to simplify the process.
- Compose and maintain training budget report.
- Control the training expense budget for the Branch.
- Support a culture of continuous improvement by creating efficiencies, technology initiatives and reducing complexities (priority on the internal processes) where possible, and more proactive in driving discussion with related stakeholders in the branch/regional to streamline the process out without jeopardizing internal procedures and requirements.
- Support to practice budget discipline and manage cost while ensuring the realization is within the approve budget (training logistic, etc).
- Deliver extraordinary customer service to enhance function's reputation and meet customer's expectations.
- Work in partnership with all departments to develop relevant and effective learning solutions and understand their requirements. Work closely with all employees in providing support and advice on training and development matters and ensure the delivery of a high quality of service.
