Job Description
Overseeing and coordinating Company Affiliates' communication channels, including newsletters, Social Media.
Assisting with the creation and execution of a comprehensive content calendar, managing the delivery of consistent and strategic content across all platforms.
Managing the campaign operations for Company Affiliates, ensuring campaigns are launched successfully and achieve desired outcomes.
Functioning as the merchandiser for the Company Affiliate team to optimize product showcases and promotions.
Facilitating mass acquisition efforts to recruit new partners into the Company Affiliates program.
Organizing educational efforts, like webinars, to train and inform Company Affiliates partners.
Analyzing data and conducting research related to marketing and communication efforts to inform strategic decisions and improve operational effectiveness.
Collaborate with the designer to create a variety of training and communication materials, including presentation decks, infographics, and e-newsletters, to support the Affiliates' marketing and educational needs.
Requirement
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Management, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience in affiliate marketing and digital marketing, with proficiency in CRM and analytics platforms.
Fluency in English with exceptional writing and speaking skills.
Expertise in social media management, developing marketing strategies, and executing content and campaign management.
Strong analytical abilities, particularly with data analysis, reporting, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Excellent organizational skills, with the capacity to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Proven track record of fostering collaborative relationships.
Agile and able to quickly adjust strategies in response to market changes.
