About the Role

Responsible for developing strategic plans at group, entity, or function level to ensure continued success of growth and profitability!
- Partner with Agency Business Development team of the region to plan and strategize the positioning of key critical initiatives, products, campaigns to support achievement of the region's production targets
- Identify insights/trends and diagnose current situation with the use of data to drive the execution and implementation of key initiatives
- Conduct market intelligence through focus groups, or acquire on-ground feedback from Agency leaders/life planners, and provide insights to internal teams e.g., Agency Strategy, Product Marketing, etc.
- Handle day-to-day agency BAU activities (e.g., end-to-end coordination of outstanding recruitment, embedment of digital tools, etc.)
- Promote sales and recruitment excellence within each region by conducting analytics and deriving insights for improvement of the process quality
