Agent Relation Supervisor

Job Descriptions:

- Establish standards and regulations to be shared with agents.
- Recommend sales programs, promotional gimmicks, and souvenir ideas to the marketing department and coordinate distribution to agents.
- Organize a gathering event for agents.
- Monitor and evaluate agent performance.
- Track progress reports for potential prospects.
- Collaborate with third-party agents based on shared values and strategic needs.

Job Requirements:

- Creative to make marketing campaign and program
- Good in Ms. Office and familiar with data
- Good in presentation and interpersonal skill
- Have a good leadership to manage team
- Have a good agent property network in Jakarta Area
- Willing to be placed in Cakung, Jakarta.
