Analyst Logistics
Job Responsibilities
The Analyst Logistics is responsible for the planning, organizing, and coordinating and perform evaluation of the supply chain/logistics operations. The job holder also works with internal and external teams to ensure accurate shipping and delivery schedule for products. The duties include managing third party logistics provider. Supports the Logistics & Shipping goals of the organization by ensuring effectiveness of Logistics & Shipping activities. This often includes timeliness, completeness and accuracy of Logistics & Shipping reporting and management of internal controls of the company.
- Act as a key interface in day-to-day operations regarding Inbound shipment co-ordination with freight service providers, warehouse 3PL and perform goods receipt in system for order allocation.
- Ensure all incoming shipments from suppliers and outgoing shipments from warehouse to customers are coordinated and delivered accurately and timely in accordance to process and customer expectation.
- Ensure strict compliance on processes in all areas of warehouse and transportation operations to meet the agreed KPI / SLA targets.
- Ensure inventory accuracy and integrity between internal ERP system and 3PL WMS / between system data and physical stock via weekly reconciliation / cycle count and annual stock-take process and monitor monthly inventory volume.
- Involve in resolving customer complaints that is related to transportation and warehousing issues.
- Involve in process improvement & cost reduction activities/projects around transportation and warehousing.
- Ensure compliance of all import / export / warehousing regulatory requirements
- Manage invoice verification process around transportation and warehousing.
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor.
Qualification:
- Diploma in Logistics or equivalent
- Min 3 years of relevant experience
- Experience working for a multinational organization is preferable.
Competence & Skills:
- Microsoft office (eg. Excel, Word, Power Point)
- Experience in using ERP System is preferred (Oracle, SAP, JDE)
- Planning and organizing, follow-up-skills.
- Good analytical skills and able to grasp new concept quickly.
- Strong knowledge in inventory management, logistics, warehouse, and end-to-end inbound and outbound operation
- Ability to manage broad responsibilities and handle hands-on tasks.
- Able to work under minimum supervision.
- Good interpersonal and communication skill and able to interact with different level of people.

- Good verbal and written in English.
- Traveling when necessary, within the country.
