**Key Responsibilities**
- Report and follow-up incidents and root cause analysis impact to local business and escalate for regulatory reporting.
- Work collaboratively in Southeast Asia Branches teams to support local business demands and develop meaningful relationships to achieve common goals.
- Assesses risks and controls including server hygiene, vulnerability & security management and recognizing gaps in processes and escalating actions plan.
- Liaise with local vendors, service providers and regulatory parties.
- Maintain strong partnership with different business stakeholders to ensure understanding of business requirement, working out project scope/plan and prioritizing time and resource.
- Maintain strong linkage with regional / global teams to leverage good practice, processes, functions, and resources.
- Supports location specific resiliency, audit and compliance activities from local CIB Tech perspective.
**Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills**
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science / Engineering or other relevant majors
- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in financial services
- Experience on Indonesia FICC business technology support
- Good communication skill in English and strong proficiency in Indonesia Language is essential to liaise with the local vendors and regulators.
- Technology development/project management/delivery experience, preferably within Banking financial services sector.
- Experience of working with internal audit teams and external regulators, especially those based in Indonesia.
- Tactical thinking and strong analytical skills with high and fast learning capability.
- Knowledge of Incident, Problem & Change Management processes and tools
- Excellent interpersonal skills, team player, with an ability to remain calm under pressure while prioritizing workloads to meet business expectations.
- Strong collaborator with ability to foster relationships effectively with diverse groups across geographies.
- Willing to participate in occasional maintenance and releases on weekends and ad-hoc support after office hour.
- Experience of using monitoring tools & scheduling tools for production support and some level knowledge of network infrastructure
- Knowledge of Unix/Linux/SQL/Python/VBA/Scripting languages and the coding skills are preferable.
- Capable of effectively handling outages for critical systems in a fast-paced environment
