**Requirements**:

- Prepare draft manual book which will be reviewed by each of PIC Client Relations.- Prepare draft socialization material which will be reviewed by each of PIC Client Relations.- Make a call to insurance participants for failed delivery of cards and get the correct address.- Update CR master data-
- Support CR in updating data for reminder of outstanding billings- Support CR in updating data for reminder of client health talk**Requirements**:
- Final year student or Fresh graduate from any major- Willing to do WFO (3x a week) & WFH (2x a week) in South Jakarta- Committed to do 6 months internship- Experienced and able to operate Microsoft Office Tools (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)- Excellent communication skills (written and speaking) both in English and Indonesian- Can-Do attitude
