**Responsibilities**:
Alteration Process- Preparation to sending medical card alteration- Monitoring and follow up report medical card for Alteration process- Manual AML submission for alteration process-
- Create manual invoice alteration

New Business- Preparation to sending medical card for New Business & Renewal- Monitoring and follow up report medical card for New Business & Renewal- Manual AML submission for new business process- Create manual policy- Welcome Letter submission to IT

Billing & Collection- Create premium receipt letter for sending to client- Create reminder notification to client for outstanding premium- Create receipt & billing excess claim base on request from client

**Requirements**:
- Last year student/fresh graduate from any major- Willing to do WFO (3x a week) & WFH (2x a week) in South Jakarta- Work fast, neat and thorough- Computer literate: word, excel- Pleasant personality, good attitude and good team working- Have an experience in insurance company will be a plus- Committed to join the internship for 6 months period
