**Requirements**:- Bachelor's Degree from Communication area or the same field.- At least having 1 years of working experience in the same functions.- Experienced from leasing company is a MUST.- Ability of leadership & create network.- Ability of communication & negotiation.- Willing to do business trips.- Have a license of motorcycle (SIM C).**What will you do**:- Working together with client and personnel to solve conflicts and help facilitate positive employee relations, maintain a good working environment and people quality.- To monitor the outsourcing employee's performance especially for their respective area (area of responsibility if necessary).- To approach the outsourcing employees to solve fraud cases.- To perform anti fraud & training program periodically based on company regulations or SOP of company / clients.- To do process of employee's administration & legality process on local DISNAKER.- To do the onboarding process for new employees.- To do the training, coaching & counseling for outsourcing employees.- To coordinate & communicate with the leaders of local clients about fulfillment of MP, employee's performance. result & working process with the approach of deduction number of fraud.Jenis Pekerjaan: Penuh WaktuUpah: Rp4.000.000 - Rp5.000.000 per bulanPengalaman:- Human Resource: 2 tahun (Diwajibkan)Lisensi/Sertifikasi:- SIM C (Diwajibkan)
