**Job Description**:
**Get to know our Team**:
The ID Grab Kios Sales team is part of Grab Kios which has been established since the time named Kudo and has responsibility for sales activities at Grab Kios. Kios has so far provided assistance as a part of the Ecosystem at Grab Indonesia in terms of Digital Goods to support other vertical activities and consumers directly. This team consists of people who are very enthusiastic about their work and have a strong desire to progress and develop.

**Get to know the Role**:
**The day-to-day activities**:

- Responsible for achieving the target within his/her area.
- Responsible for achieving revenue generation across products and regions through ASOC, field sales team and all channels (dealer, agent, community, etc.)
- Achieve sales KPI and GMV growth
- Maintain relationships with Merchant stores, Kios Store, VIP agents etc. within his/her area, and give best service & support for the team to achieve the target.
- Responsible for ensuring all booking and administration done properly as policy
- Monitor & track team performance and perform necessary performance
- Responsible to report daily, weekly & monthly achievement
- Develop a pipeline of prospects which are systematically qualified, managing the decision-making process within allocated accounts to ensure sales prospects are closed
- Analyze market, customer to provide the best solution for end customer & also for Reseller
- Work closely with other stakeholder, including vertical team and territory team, to collaborate and support one another
- Manage sales process with high accuracy in a timely manner

**The must haves**:

- You have the Heart, Hunger, Honor and Humility culture
- Min. a Bachelor's degree
- Min. 5 years' experience in the same field, especially in the FMCG/TELCO and or Tech company
- Proficient in English (verbal & written)
- Has the experience and knowledge about the retail sales process
- Has the experience in managing the team/sales team
- Experienced in managing freelancers or sales agents
- Has the experience in managing an area and team by territory management process
- Have a strong leadership and customer & target oriented
- Strategic thinking, negotiation skill, problem-solving and decision making
- Process, Result and target oriented, and has a strong ownership about his/her job
- Has the experience and knowledge about retail sales process; data analysis; and understanding in sales and marketing strategy
- Discipline, honest, professional and proactive.
- Willing to be relocated anywhere and at anytime


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
