**Position: Area Sales Manager Electrical Motorbike)****Department**:Sales and Distribution**Reports To**: Regional Manager / Sales Director**Location**:Multiple territories, frequent travel required within the designated area**Objective**:Drive the sales and growth of the electrical motorbike product range in the assigned area, ensuring the achievement of sales targets and enhancing the brand's presence.**Key Responsibilities**:**Sales Targets & Growth**:- Achieve and exceed sales targets for the assigned area.- Implement sales strategies to increase product penetration and capture new market segments.**Dealer Network Management**:- Identify potential dealerships and onboard new partners.- Foster and maintain relationships with existing dealers, ensuring they meet sales targets and maintain brand standards.- Provide training and support to dealers to improve product knowledge and sales techniques.**Market Intelligence**:Collect feedback on product performance, customer preferences, and market trends.Monitor competitor activities and strategies in the assigned area.**Reporting & Analysis**:- Regularly report sales performance, challenges, and market insights to the Regional Manager / Sales Director.- Utilize sales data to refine strategies and identify opportunities for growth.**Promotions & Branding**:- Collaborate with the marketing team to conduct promotional events, campaigns, and roadshows in the area.- Ensure brand consistency and visibility in all dealer outlets.**Inventory & Logistics**:- Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of products to dealers.- Monitor and manage inventory levels in the area to prevent stockouts or overstock situations.**Team Leadership**:- If managing a team, provide guidance, training, and mentorship to sales representatives.- Foster a high-performance sales culture within the team.**Qualifications**:- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.- **Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the automobile, electric vehicle, handphone, electronics.**:- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing dealer networks- Strong negotiation and sales skills.- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.- Analytical skills for sales forecasting and trend analysis.- Proficient in using CRM and sales management tools.- Language: Fluency in local language and English.- Willingness to travel extensively within the designated area.- Valid driving license and preferably experience riding motorbikes.- Self-driven with a results-oriented mindset.- Strong problem-solving skills.- Ability to work autonomously and make informed decisions.**Salary**: Rp13,000,000 - Rp15,000,000 per month
