**Position: Area Sales Manager Electrical Motorbike)**
**Department**:Sales and Distribution
**Reports To**: Regional Manager / Sales Director
**Location**:Multiple territories, frequent travel required within the designated area
**Objective**:Drive the sales and growth of the electrical motorbike product range in the assigned area, ensuring the achievement of sales targets and enhancing the brand's presence.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Sales Targets & Growth**:
- Achieve and exceed sales targets for the assigned area.
- Implement sales strategies to increase product penetration and capture new market segments.
**Dealer Network Management**:
- Identify potential dealerships and onboard new partners.
- Foster and maintain relationships with existing dealers, ensuring they meet sales targets and maintain brand standards.
- Provide training and support to dealers to improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
**Market Intelligence**:
Collect feedback on product performance, customer preferences, and market trends.
Monitor competitor activities and strategies in the assigned area.
**Reporting & Analysis**:
- Regularly report sales performance, challenges, and market insights to the Regional Manager / Sales Director.
- Utilize sales data to refine strategies and identify opportunities for growth.
**Promotions & Branding**:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to conduct promotional events, campaigns, and roadshows in the area.
- Ensure brand consistency and visibility in all dealer outlets.
**Inventory & Logistics**:
- Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of products to dealers.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels in the area to prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
**Team Leadership**:
- If managing a team, provide guidance, training, and mentorship to sales representatives.
- Foster a high-performance sales culture within the team.
**Qualifications**:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- **Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the automobile, electric vehicle, handphone, electronics.**:
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing dealer networks
- Strong negotiation and sales skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Analytical skills for sales forecasting and trend analysis.
- Proficient in using CRM and sales management tools.
- Language: Fluency in local language and English.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the designated area.
- Valid driving license and preferably experience riding motorbikes.
- Self-driven with a results-oriented mindset.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and make informed decisions.
**Salary**: Rp13,000,000 - Rp15,000,000 per month
