We are looking to employe a driven and experienced area sales manager to increase sales within an assigned geographical area and guide a team of field sales.

**Responsibilities**:

- Monitoring the performance of the sales team and motivating members to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Directing all Operational aspects including Distribution, Customer Service, Human Capital.
- Providing Training, Coaching, Development and Motivation the employee.
- Developing Forecasts, Financial Objectives and Business Plan.

**Qualifications**:

- Min. education level at bachelor degree for all majors
- Min. 3 years experiences in the same position (Game Center, Theme Park, Bank, Insurance, and Hospitality Industry)
- High entrepreneurial spirit
- Able to communication in English (preferred)
- Digital Savvy
- Have the ability to negotiate, communicate, and lead a team
- Target oriented and able to work under pressure
