**Job Description Assistant Manager Creative**- ** Our organization is looking for a tech-savvy individual to work as an Assistant Manager for our Marketing department.****Your primary goal for this position will be designing and creating content for social media, digital, out of home, and other related media platforms. As a Creative, you will be responsible for creating innovative content as per the company's requirements.****Responsibilities**- ** Coming up with innovative ideas and concepts as per the specifications**- ** Working in collaboration with the team**- ** Creating visual effects, animations, videos, and other related graphics.**- ** Be able to work from end-to-end, from conceptualization, development of elements, and final rendering**- ** Attending standup sessions to create various multimedia presentations and content.**- ** Developing storyboards for applicable projects**- ** Presenting the final design to the approvers for approval**- ** Performing, editing, and mixing of audio as per requirements.**- ** Taking feedback from the team members and making changes accordingly.**- ** Staying updated with the latest trends in the industry**- ** Reporting to Senior Manager Marketing**- ** Lead creative team in Indonesia**- ** Requirements**- ** Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, or a related field.**- ** 5-10 years of proven work experience as a Designer or similar position (experience in a corporate set up a big plus)**- ** A portfolio of design content from past work experiences.**- ** Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and other related software**- ** Demonstrate working knowledge of storyboards, animation, and visual designs.**- ** Good verbal and written communication skills.**- ** Excellent time management skills.**- ** Ability to meet deadlines and can work under pressure.**- ** Illustrate the ability to create visually appealing content.**- ** Ability to take feedback and make necessary changes.**- ** Exceptional listening skills.**- ** Ability to prioritize the tasks efficiently.**- ** A keen eye for details for accuracy.**- ** A creative individual with the ability to think out of the box.**- ** Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.**- ** Ability to work for long hours if needed.**- ** A detail-orientated individual with decision-making skills.****We are all different** - one talent to another - that is how we rely on our differences.
