- Female / Male, max 38 yo
- Bachelor Degree from any major
- Fluent in English
- Open mind, proactive & responsive
- Good analytical thinking & excellent communication skill
- Professional looking
- Flexible working hours & location
- Min 4 years experience in creative agency, consultant (business / marketing)
- Develop artist image & career blueprint based on artist positioning and business trend
- Develop annual plan & budget for related artist's journey
- Mapping & develop new network opportunities relevant the artist
- Ensure excellent execution for all projects, collaboration with cross functional team

**Salary**: Up to Rp23,000,000 per month

Nominal Salary: To be agreed
