We are seeking a dedicated skilled as assistant manager and support the production head. Key responsibilities include production planning, quality management, and interdepartmental coordination to ensure efficieny and effectiveness of the production process.
**Requirements**:
- **Education Bachelor's degree(S1) in any major**:
- Have Experience min 3 years as assistant manager (preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, Power Point.
- **Proficiency in Mandarin (Spoken and Written)**:
- Have a good communication skills
- Honest, disciplined and responsible
- Able to work both in a team and individually
- **Must Having a Driving License (SIM A) active**:
- **Placement in West Java Area**
**Responsibilities**:
- Assist in coordinating the activities of various teams or departements within the organization, has good communication and collaboration
- Support in organizing training sessions for staff members, facilitating professional development opportunities and monitoring employee performance
- Analyze data, prepare reports, and present findings to the manager, providing insights that support decision making
- Collaborate with the manager to identify challenges or obstacles and develop effective solutions to address them.
- Provide administrative assistance to manager, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, handling correspondence and organizing documents.
- Facilliate communication between different departments, teams, or stakeholder, ensuring information flow is smooth and effective
