Asset Operation Officer

Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the facility building, ensuring it meets the needs of the organization and its occupants.
- Ensuring the facility complies with local regulations, safety standards, and any applicable codes.
- Addressing and resolving issues related to the facility promptly, whether they involve maintenance, safety, or other concerns.
- Developing and managing budgets for facility-related expenses, including maintenance, repairs, and improvements.
- Min. Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or any major equivalent.
- Have at least 3 year experience in asset operational and facility management.
- Able to communicate effectively and efficiently, conduct great coordination, have strong leadership skills, and able to work in a team.
- Equipped the knowledge of preventive and corrective building maintenance, building system engineering, and office building compliances.
- Work Location : DKI Jakarta
