**ABOUT THE ROLE**
We are looking for an exceptional Campaign manager who will be responsible for creating and running end-to-end marketing campaigns/ events. We are looking for a results-focused self-learner who loves all things marketing and has a knack for creative ideation to execution.
You will oversee a variety of projects and campaigns and be in the center of all the action in the global market.
**WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING**
- Plan and execute campaign material/assets/activation that ensures consistent brand identity
- Work in collaboration with external freelancers, agencies and our design team to prepare and execute end to end campaigns and measure and report on their effectiveness.
- Oversee the quality of the content created by copywriters and designers to ensure that brand identity is adhered to.
- Project Manage end-to-end campaign execution to ensure 100% delivery on time
- Continuously assess and report on the results of campaigns and implement improvements where necessary.
- With an iterative mindset, you will develop and deliver a calendar of activity that supports the rollout of the team's requirements, including offer and testing proposals.
- Liaise with commercial and creative teams to bridge business goals and creative execution
**WHO YOU ARE**
- At least 2-4 years working experience in a marketing/project managing role in a consumer facing company
- Exceptional project management and communications skills are essential.
- Great understanding of the travel landscape (Bonus)
- Be a critical thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
- Experienced with creative processes and stakeholder management to be able to guide the team and juniors
- Thrives in a fast paced environment
