Assistant Manager - Factory Accounting

More Driven.****Responsibilities**:- Run schedule cost quarterly with the latest update BOM, Routing, RM Price, and Activity Price- Ensure inventory-related entries, i.e COGI, Variance, stocktake adjustments are relevant and aligned with company policy and procedure.- Support Factory Accounting Manager on key monthly closing for cycle allocation, reviewing adjustment entry, and variance calculation.- Responsible for timely review of inventory valuation and master data take necessary actions if needed to secure data reliability.- Supervise documentation and data validation for inventory and fixed asset- Prepare and Review necessary accruals for factory costs are made and accountable- Assist Factory Accounting Manager to handle SAP-PC (Product Costing) and leasing project.- Support cost study, import tire cost, and audit-related data.- Other duties and responsibilities in product costing field that might be assigned from time to time**Job Requirements**:- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting- Experience in the manufacturing industry with a complex problem around 5 years- Knowledge of SAP MM, PP, FI, CO Modules with enough experience in a complex manufacturing industry is a plus- Strong Knowledge in Excel and SAP especially MM, PP, FI, and CO Modules- Strong English communication skills- Strong Presentation Skill- Hands-on and proactive management style to ensure timely completion of responsibilities
