**Responsibilities**:

- Assisting the Legal & External Affairs Manager; managing & listing of contracts/agreements, corporate legal, monitoring permits & licenses, litigations, and due diligence.
- Assisting the Legal & External Affairs Manager related to legal review and revising legal advice and comments, and contract negotiations with vendors, suppliers, contractors, consultants, and partners until signing, including drafting, reviewing, revising, and finalization signing of Amendment/Addendum. Legal comment & advice to facilitate project goals and ensure that the Project complies with prevailing laws & regulations, and meets the Companys target defending the commercial aspect of the Company.
- Assisting Legal & External Affairs Manager related to litigation process as resolution of legal issues through the courts actively taking legal proceedings either civil action or criminal action brought in a court of law; cross-examination when the plaintiff claiming to have suffered a loss as a result of the defendant's actions, demands legal or remedies, including maintain case files, including producing and editing transcripts.
- Collaborate with relevant Departments related to legal advisory, and contracts management to meet Project timelines (draft, proofread, and file or send relevant legal documents to internal and external.
- Monitoring licenses, permits & certifications ensured that no expiration.
- Track deadlines to ensure legal documents are filed promptly.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of organizational and client information.
- Perform legal research for new projects and check legal documents before signing.
- Willing to relocate to Nort Sumatra (Point of hire North Sumatra).

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor of Law degree.
- 5 10 years of experience in the industrial zone, special economic zone, and/or manufacturing industry.
- Experience working with multiple cultures.
- English fluency, both verbal and written.
- Good interpersonal skills and assertiveness.
- Solutions oriented.
