We are currently seeking an Assistant Manager to join our Marketing team. You should be capable of working independently, developing, and executing marketing campaigns autonomously. Willingness to work in a small, growing company, and engaging in various tasks, both minor and major, to ensure the success of our campaigns is essential.
**Responsibilities**:
- Assisting the marketing manager in daily marketing activities
- Managing our social media, website, advertising, and promotions
- Ideation, content creation, design, and execution
- Staying up-to-date with marketing and lifestyle trends
- Analyzing marketing data and providing recommendations for improvement
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree from a reputable university, preferably in Design Visual Communication (DKV)
- 3+ years of marketing experience for online shops, either in a B2C company or a marketing agency
- "Can do" attitude, hardworking, and diligent, not limiting oneself to a specific job list
- Tech-savvy and eager to learn in both IT & non-IT topics
- Creative and proficient in social media (social media savvy)
- Fluent in written English
- Like to take photos & videos. Proficient in video and photo editing using various mobile apps (e.g., CapCut, Canva, etc.)
- Experience using design tools on a PC, including Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, and preferably animation/motion tools
- A good eye for modern design
- Outgoing personality, staying updated on current social trends, and enjoying interacting with people
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to make decisions independently with mínimal guidance
