Job Description
Coordinate with teams within marketing operations to understand marketing objectives and determine the scope for all incoming asset requests
Conceptualize, design, and produce graphic designs
for both on-ground and digital marketing touchpoints in various media
Work collaboratively with other designers and copywriters to
ensure a consistent, integrated brand perception
across all marketing and consumer-facing touchpoints
Energize brands as you create innovative multimedia designs in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment, through sketches, storyboards, user task flows, wireframes, prototypes, and the production of final assets for specific features and projects
Create comprehensive storyboards to present concepts that bring brand storytelling to life as you take creative concepts from visual design to interactive campaign production across web, mobile, video, social, and advertising
Participate in the ideation / concept creation and translate product positioning, existing research, and marketing strategies into multimedia campaigns with design deliverables
Conceive of, design, review concepts and effectively communicate at each stage of design and production to ensure high quality work through low revisions
Partner with videographers, designers, Art Directors, copywriters and developers to complete projects collaboratively and efficiently
Ensure that agency creative is produced with the highest standards, executed with brand-consistent, user-centric design solutions for digital projects.
Conduct rigorous user testing and iteratively improve concepts or designs based on user input
Craft detailed design briefs
for various types of projects to be communicated to all team personnel
Successfully
communicate designs
and design rationale both verbally and visually to the team
Stay abreast of digital trends and industry best practices to create innovative solutions that drive results

A bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field, and demonstrable graphic design skills with a
strong portfolio
or an equivalent amount of experience in an agency or in-house creative department

Have work experience

commercial design
, preferably with a marketing or creative agency
Have passion and creativity with a
strong eye for design
and keen sensibility for effective typography, hierarchy, iconography, color, layout, and texture
An
up-to-date understanding of visual design principles
, but are comfortable with breaking the paradigms when necessary
Have strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
Proficient in written and verbal English & Bahasa (required)
Preferred if have experienced in ecommerce or marketplace related businesses
An ability to share and welcome constructive criticism to and from peers and managers alike
Extensive experience with
Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and After Effects (InDesign is a plus)
