We are currently looking for **Assistant Outsourcing - Corporate Secretarial Services** **to join its growing team of professionals. Since its establishment in 2008 in Indonesia, Mazars has grown to be one of the top audit, outsourcing, tax, legal and advisory services providers.
**Key Activity**:
- To assist in performing full range of company secretarial services for our clients in Indonesia and overseas companies including supporting documents, maintenance of statutory records, and attending to internal and external regulatory compliance management under direct supervision of manager.
**Responsibilities**:
- Assisting and handling of a full spectrum of corporate secretarial works for a portfolio of international clients including but not limited to incorporations of companies, company structuring, drafting shareholders/directors/members resolutions, regulatory and compliance advisory, and maintenance of statutory registers and records.-
- Monitoring and ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements and adhering to timelines and deadlines.-
- Handling, preparing and updating all necessary files, records and documents as required.-
- Preparing and handling necessary documents, paperwork for statutory filing with government bodies.-
- Performing changes to clients' corporate documents such as to the Articles of Association, licenses, and registration.-
- Managing and coordinating communication line between client and authorities.-
- Supporting and assisting in all administrative and support for client on-boarding or KYC review procedures.-
- Supporting and handling any other corporate secretarial work or ad-hoc duties as and when required.**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in law-
- Any internship experience will be advantages-
- Excellent command of written and spoken English.-
- Team-player, self-motivated, detail-minded, independent and ability to accomplish tasks under tight deadline-
- Discretion and trustworthiness to handle confidential information.-
- Meticulous with good organisational skills and the ability to multitask.-
- Confidence in communicating with client and government authorities.
