Responsibilities:
- Preparing the Sales Forecast/Budget for the product line.
- Develop, plan, and manage marketing communication strategies and campaigns to support sales.
- Manage overall product sales performance and ensure each sales executive meets individual sales targets.
- Responsible for managing and servicing major accounts, and maintaining a high level of sales achievement.
- Targeting new sales, creating new accounts, and exploiting new business opportunities for major market segments as well as developing and implementing sales strategies.
- Develops sales from existing customer and source for new customers, assess market potential, and evaluates sales records.
- Participate in proposals for business development projects and tenders.
- Follow up and monitor all sales inquiries and sales activities to close sales for the assigned products.
- Coach and guide the team members to carry out market research, monitor competitors activities and customer surveys.
**Requirements**:
- Excellent organizational skills and interpersonal skills, including the ability to successfully work with other internal and external customers.
- Effective problem solvers with strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Bachelor Degree in Biomedical/ Microbiology related
- Min. 4-5 years of relevant work experience

Working Relationship: Hospitals, Laboratories, PMI, and other customers.
